Protuno can turn a site finding into a task in your ClickUp Workspace, and close it once the fix is verified. Writes ask you first by default.
No install needed for the audit. We suggest connecting a staging copy of your site first, before your live site.

Find tasksclickup.task.read
Finds tasks by name and status. Returns the name and status only.
Create a taskclickup.task.create

Protuno can turn a site finding into a ClickUp task, and close it once the fix is verified. Every write asks first by default.
Finds tasks by name and status, so Protuno does not file a duplicate for something already tracked. It sees the name and status only.
ReadsLists the Spaces and Lists the token can see, so Protuno knows where a new task belongs.
ReadsCreates a new task describing one finding, for example a plugin stuck mid-update.
Ask firstSets a task's status to closed once Protuno has verified the fix worked.
Ask firstNo playbook reads it yet.
How it connects: you generate a personal API token in ClickUp and paste it into Protuno. ClickUp has no read-only option for personal tokens, so Protuno's access matches the full permissions of the person who generated the token.
The token starts with pk_.
you see: A token starting with pk_, which ClickUp shows in the Apps settings.
you see: A field for the token and a Connect button.
you see: Reads on the left and writes on the right: finding tasks and listing Spaces and Lists on the left, and creating and closing a task on the right.
Writes ask you first by default.
you see: A control for each capability, with writes set to ask first.
you see: A plain sentence summing up exactly what was granted, an Agree button and a confirmation screen.
Reading works on any ClickUp plan, because ClickUp's API and personal tokens are open to every Workspace. On the Protuno side, connecting ClickUp needs a Copilot or Autopilot plan, and both can create and close tasks.
ClickUp limits requests per token per minute, and the limit depends on your ClickUp plan. Go over it and ClickUp returns an HTTP 429 error until the minute resets. ClickUp's rate limits page has the current numbers.
It cannot delete tasks, change assignees or permissions, or edit Spaces, Folders or Lists. It creates and closes tasks, and both ask you first by default.
Protuno reads tasks live from the ClickUp API each time a playbook runs. There is no cached copy. The finding itself is written into a task, and the raw payload from ClickUp is not stored.
Check the task was created in the List you expect. ClickUp only writes to the List named in the request. Also confirm the person who generated the token still has access to that Workspace, because a personal token carries that person's access.
In ClickUp, open Settings, then Apps, and regenerate the personal token. That invalidates the old one. Disconnecting in Protuno does not revoke the key at ClickUp. Delete it there to cut access for good.
Capability names and default settings (on its own or ask first) are Protuno's own, and they can change as the product develops. Playbook plan, schedule and date come from Protuno's agent pages. Protuno last confirmed this connector's build status on 13 Oct 2026. Vendor limits and permissions on this page follow the vendor's public documentation as reviewed on 13 Oct 2026. The vendor's own page is the final word.
The free audit looks at the site from the outside. Connect tools afterwards, one capability at a time.
