Protuno Remembers, So You Don't Have To Repeat Yourself.
Protuno remembers your rules for each site and the lessons from runs that went wrong. It uses them in the next run and chat, and lets you ask one question across all your sites.

What Brain does
I tell the chat: never update plugins on Fridays
- Where it comes from
- You, in Brain chat or a site's chat.
- Where it is used
- Every run and chat on that site follows it. Your rules come first.
Memory is context, not proof.
Three Kinds Of Memory.
Rules you give it, lessons from runs that went wrong, and problems that repeat across your sites.
Say A Rule Once, In Chat
Tell Protuno a rule, like "never update plugins on Fridays", and every run and chat on that site follows it. Your rules come first.
- The reply tells you what was saved to memory.
- If something is unclear, like a site name or a date in the past, it asks. It does not guess.
Example
Don't touch WooCommerce on this site.
Saved to memory for this site: don't touch WooCommerce.
Applies to This site
Every run and chat on this site follows it. Your rules come first.
A Failed Run Leaves A Lesson
When a run fails, Protuno learns why and remembers it for next time. An AI judge checks the lesson is real and specific to the site before it is kept. Lessons are judged in the background after a run.
- A newer lesson can retire an older one it disproves.
- A lesson that is not confirmed in 120 days expires.
Example
- 12 OctRun failedUpdate plugins on Client site B. The cache was not cleared.
- 12 OctAI judge checked itReal, and specific to this site. Judged in the background after the run.
- 12 OctLesson kept for Client site BOn this host, clear the cache plugin after updates.Lesson, from a failed run
- Next runShown on a site with the same plugin, theme or hostHeads-up, not a fact
- 12 OctAn older lesson retiredFrom 14 Jun. Retired after 120 days with no confirmation.
The Same Problem Twice Becomes One Rule
When the same problem shows up on two of your sites, it becomes one rule for all of them. A lesson from one site only shows on another site that runs the same plugin, theme or host, and it is labelled as a heads-up, not a fact.
Example
Your workspace
- Client site ASame plugin problem
- Client site BSame plugin problem
- Client site CSame plugin problem
Two or more of your sites
One rule for the whole workspace
Stays inside this workspace. Nothing is shared with other workspaces.
One Question, Every Site.
Brain chat answers from the real records of the sites you manage. Ask about any site, or ask for a fix or a playbook run.
- Changes from Brain chat show an Approve card first, and nothing changes until you press Approve.
- A card expires after 30 minutes. Not now closes it.
- Read only sites can't be changed from Brain.
See It, Edit It, Make It Forget.
Memory is context, not proof. A fix is always checked live, never called done from memory.
See
See everything Protuno remembers about your sites: your rules, lessons and patterns, site by site.
Edit
Change a memory and the new text replaces the old one. The old version is kept on record.

Forget
Make it forget. You confirm first, and it is deleted for good.
- Walled per workspaceMemory stays inside your workspace. It is never shared with other customers.
- Private chatsYour Brain chat conversations are private to you, and you can delete them.

What does it remember?
Memory belongs to one workspace, and each item applies to one site or to all sites in it. There are five kinds. Rules are what you tell the chat, like never update plugins on Fridays. Lessons are learned from failed or partial runs, after an AI judge checks them. Patterns are the same problem on two or more of your sites, which becomes one rule. Site facts are measured during runs, like the WordPress or PHP version, and each has a shelf life of 1 to 90 days. The timeline is a record of every run, finding, fix and activity, read live and never edited.
What does it not remember?
Routine checks that pass. Memory only keeps what the records cannot already say.
What does "memory is context, not proof" mean?
Brain feeds memory in as background. It never stands in for a measurement. Verification steps get your rules only, never past events, and something is only called fixed when it is measured live. A lesson from one site shows on another only if it runs the same plugin, theme or host, and it is labelled as a heads-up, not a fact.
Can I see, edit or forget what it knows?
Yes, all three. You can see everything it remembers about your sites, site by site. When you edit a memory, the new text replaces the old and the old version is kept on record. Forget deletes it for good, after a "Forget this for good?" confirm. Copies inside past chat transcripts stay until that chat is deleted.
Do changes happen on their own?
No. Changes from Brain chat show an Approve card first, and nothing changes until you press Approve. Approve cards go through the same permission and credit checks as the rest of the app. A card expires after 30 minutes, and Not now closes it. Read only sites can't be changed from Brain.
Who can see my memory and chats?
Memory is walled per workspace, so nothing is shared between workspaces or customers. Chats are private to the person who had them, and can be deleted.
Where does my data go?
It is stored in Protuno's own database, in its own collection. Values that look like passwords or keys are stripped before anything is saved or sent to a model. Your rules and run notes go to OpenAI, to understand your rules, judge lessons and match questions to memories. Chat answers come from OpenAI by default, or Google Gemini or OpenRouter. Deleting a site or workspace deletes its memory.
What does it cost?
Memory is free: saving rules, judging lessons and recalling memory use no credits. Brain chat answers use credits from the workspace pool.
Is there a limit on questions?
By default, 100 questions per person per day in Brain chat.
