Half A Million Sites Taught Us One Thing.
POSIMYTH builds products for the people who build WordPress sites — page-builder addons, design systems, the tooling that turns a design into a working site. Those products run on more than half a million sites.
That put us in a particular seat for a long time. Not the seat of someone who owns one website, but the seat of someone who hears from thousands of people who look after dozens each. The support inbox told the same story for years, in different words every time: the building is the fun part, and the looking after is what eats the week.
Protuno is the answer to that inbox. It is not a new addon for one builder, and it is not another plugin that adds a screen to a site. It is the operational work itself — the backup, the update, the check that the site came back up and the checkout still works — handed to something that does it on a schedule and tells you what happened.
We did not set out to build an AI product. We set out to stop people opening thirty sites every morning.

Three Rules We Do Not Bend.
An agent with write access to a client site is a serious thing to hand somebody. These are the constraints that make it a responsible one.
Read Before Write
Every agent reads first. The 85 checks change nothing on a site — they report the literal thing they looked at, which is what makes a report built to be safe to forward to a client.
There Is Always An Undo
Anything that writes to a site is built with a way back. A safe update proves a backup exists before it touches a file, and restoring from one is the single job an agent will never do without being asked.
Permission Is Per Job
An agent is cleared job by job, not once at the door. Read-only work runs on its own, anything your client would notice asks you first, and you can set either to never.
